Leadership Development This program is designed to help good leaders become better,and assist them in learning new ways to bring out the brilliance in others.The program will offer a mix personal reflection, peer consulting, interactive simulations, and multimedia presentations to deliver compelling content.

The Self-Awareness program is designed to help an individual be conscious of what he or she is good at while acknowledging what is still to be learned.During this course, students will participate in a process of self-awareness to be more informed of their strengths,weaknesses and actions,and hold themselves accountable for their mistakes, goal-setting and planning pertaining to their work.Each student will be assigned an executive coach who will assists him or her with the self-assessment and will give feedback and insights to broaden and sharpen their thinking as they develop their own professional growth plan.

 

The objective of this course includes: *A deep understanding of oneself; *Developing of a well thought out plan for one's growth based on what the individual values and wants accomplish in life; *Developing a working understanding of a methodology for one's professional planning throughout life; *Understanding the interactions and benefits of a coach/mentor relationship so that the participant could be effective in this type of relationship in he future.

 

This is a four day program which is held once a month , lasting 6 hours per day.
